The kitchen is very well supplied with all necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery and coffee machine. There is a microwave, full sized oven with four ringed hob and a fridge/freezer. Hot water is supplied by a gas boiler.
The lounge is very spacious with plenty of seating and cupboards. There is a large TV with canal plus satellite and a DVD player. For the occasional chilly evenings in early spring and Autumn there is a gas fire and an air conditioning unit which also doubles up as an electric heater. The sofa converts into a double bed.
Outside the mobile home is a garden/patio area. It is neatly paved and stone chipped and is bordered with mature plants and potted plants. There is a patio table with 6 chairs and two sunloungers all with cushions. There is also a gas barbecue. This is a good sized plot in a quiet cul de sac. It benefits from both the shade and sun. There is room to park your car on the plot.
