Terms and Conditions of Booking

 

  1. Bookings are made subject to availability. If circumstances beyond our control force us to cancel your booking you will be informed immediately and a full refund given.
  2. Written / emailed confirmation of your booking will be sent upon receipt of £100 deposit.
  3. The full/outstanding balance of your mobile home rental must be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to the commencement of your holiday. Failure to send the balance in this time will mean an automatic cancellation of your holiday and loss of deposit.
  4. No refund will be given in instances where cancellation of the booking has been made in less than 6 weeks of the holiday. Cancellation prior to this will incur only the deposit of £100 being retained.
  5. W & C Johnson Ltd. cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage to clients personal belongings. Clients are advised to ensure their own insurance cover for such circumstances.
  6. Clients are responsible for any avoidable loss, breakages or damage within or to the mobile home or villa.
  7. You may check into the mobile home or villa after 3pm on the day of arrival.
  8. A deposit of 100€ cash per mobile homes or 300€ per villa (or sterling equivalent) is payable upon your arrival to W& C Johnson Ltd. for security against damages, loss or cleaning costs. Provided the mobile home or villa is left in the same state as when you arrived then this will be returned upon your departure.
  9. Clients are expected to bring their own bed linen unless arrangement has been made to hire a linen package from W & C Johnson Ltd.
  10. Clients must vacate before 10am on the day of departure and are expected to leave the mobile home or villa in a clean and tidy state.
  11. Clients must abide by the campsite rules. Failure to do this could result in action being taken by the campsite owner. W & C Johnson Ltd. cannot take any responsibility for this and will not refund any money should the client be evicted by the campsite owner because of their actions.
  12. On arrival to the campsite you must report to the main reception where a local tourist tax (currently 0.55€ per day per person) will be payable to the campsite owner.(N/A for villa)
